Having an old body and one that creaks a bit, it is always an anxious time with the arrival of a new Pilates instructor. I was so impressed with Olya from the very beginning. She assessed exactly what my body required and then tailored a program that not only addressed my needs but which I find interesting and sometimes challenging, but always enjoyable. Olya is very professional in her approach but we still manage a few laughs along the way, which makes for a happy atmosphere.

I rarely write feedback posts, but I’ve had such a fantastic experience at Pilates on George that I really feel they deserve the feedback!
I’ve been going to the studio for 3 months. I’d been carrying a couple of injuries that had left my body well out of shape and I having done matt based pilates years ago I thought I’d try reformer (albeit there’s far more than just reformer involved!). I also really liked the idea of the very personal service the team provide: I’ve been part of the group sessions where there are no more than 3 clients at a time (usually 2 based on when I’ve been going).
Communication from the team is always great and starting up was so easy. I’ve had two instructors (Lilly and Vic). I’ve been incredibly impressed by how professional and skilled they’ve both been at both identifying specific issues I have and running diverse and challenging sessions that have really improved my strength and flexibility. I come away from every session feeling better than when I walked in the door which is exactly what you want from this kind of exercise, helped by the fact the team are great fun too.
