Pilates On George prides itself on working only with instructors of the highest calibre. All of our studio instructors are comprehensively trained, highly experienced, caring and motivated practitioners with a keen eye for detail. Our teachers will help you feel strong, toned and flexible. We encourage you to have fun and move with freedom in the studio so that you can be confident in your body’s abilities outside the studio too.
Our highly skilled teachers are Pilates specialists and can support injured clients through injury rehabilitation. We have relationships with many of the Sydney CBD’s best respected physiotherapists, podiatrists, osteopaths, and massage therapists. We work in partnership to ensure that you are back to your pain-free self as quickly as possible.
Celine Quentrec
Celine has a positive, encouraging and no fuss teaching style. Her goal is to get people moving and gaining confidence in their own abilities- often surprising them with a capability they didn’t know they had. Celine appreciates that getting to know each clients’ personality, goals and struggles is also an important part of the process. This enables her to safely coax them out of their comfort zone to achieve movement in ways they had thought was no longer available to them.
Celine has a special interest in working with dancers and people who have shoulder and back injuries or discomfort. She enjoys working collaboratively with allied health practitioners and deepening her knowledge base along with the clients.
Interests: Latin dancing, travelling around the world, equality at all levels

Joyce Siu
Joyce’s goal for each client is to develop a solid trust of their body to take on whatever demands life throws at them with ease. She delights in seeing her clients outperform what they think their body is capable of. Joyce’s teaching style is very focused and targeted and is best suited to clients who are themselves, very direct and clear on their goals for attending sessions. She enjoys teaching thoughtful movers who will take the time to listen and are willing to experiment with different learning strategies to embody the movement.
Joyce has a special interest in working with clients who have issues with their shoulders and/ or feet and also clients with scoliosis.
Interests: Salsa dancing, travelling, cooking, occasional green thumb

Judy Snowdon
Judy’s goal for each client is to ensure they have a positive experience in their sessions and to feel they have worked hard to achieve their personal goals and those of the session. She enjoys working with clients of all ages and levels who are motivated to improve their physical health and overall state of well being.
Judy enjoys working with clients who are open to challenging themselves, surprising themselves with what they can achieve in their sessions and are as passionate and enthusiastic about Pilates as she is.
Judy’s teaching style is supportive, clear and engaging, working with clients to help them achieve success.
Interests: Music – singing, theatre, opera, concerts, travel, reading, sailing, and golf.

Lilly Wicks
Lilly’s goal for each of her clients is to gain or regain confidence in their movement whilst building strength and having fun. Working as an allied health professional (Speech Pathologist) Lilly has experience working with people to identify their priorities and opportunities to build on existing strengths to get the most out of Pilates. Lilly adapts her communication approach to suit people, their learning styles, and individual personalities. Good rapport, conversation, and humour are valued within the sessions. Lilly enjoys working alongside people of all ages and life stages and is confident working with people who need a considered approach to their programming.
Lilly has a special interest in working with pre and post-natal clients returning to exercise (women’s health), clients managing their osteopenic/ osteoporotic and scoliotic diagnoses, or other conditions requiring a focused approach within their practice.
Interests: Staying active and spending time with friends and family.
Available: Tuesday afternoons/ evenings
Magda Giel
Magda’s goal is for each of her clients to have a positive movement experience despite any current body injuries or ongoing conditions. She focuses her clients’ attention to what they can do rather than what is currently restricting them. Magda appreciates the social aspect of each Pilates session and the clients’ psychological state both on arrival at the studio and at the end of the session. Magda has a gentle demeanour while empowering her clients to feel confident and capable in the studio.
Magda has a special interest in the needs of hypermobile clients.

Michelle Duggan
Michelle’s goal for each of her clients is to have an empowering movement experience and feel that their personal targets and goals are honoured and respected. She loves incorporating props and adding challenges within the simplest looking movements. Michelle holds her clients in a safe space, allowing them to feel confident that the program created comes from knowledge and experience to guide them. A lifelong learner, Michelle takes the opportunity to learn from Pilates master teachers around the world, either when they visit Australia or in her own travels.
Michelle has a special interest in working with pre and post natal pilates clients as pregnancy was such an incredible phase in her life. She is also passionate about incorporating balance and falls prevention work into client programs.

Rhonda Scott
Rhonda’s goal for each client is for pilates to increase your freedom of movement through the whole body. She is a passionate advocate for the health benefits of pilates and enjoys sharing the method within the framework of Breaths, Control and whole body intervention. She strongly believes pilates just makes movement easier. Rhonda’s teaching style is focused on movement from the feet to the end of your spine.
Rhonda enjoys teaching clients ranging from the elderly requiring a rehabilitative approach to young athletes.
Rhonda has a special interest in golfers and rotational sports.

Victoria Tow
Victoria’s goal is for all of her clients to find their full potential through movement, regardless of their age. Victoria is a creative teacher that enjoys working with dancers, young athletes and senior citizens, creating a balance of strength and innovative exercises. Victoria has a special interest in understanding injuries and habitual movements; and how they affect the body.
She enjoys diving deep into the movement pattern and finding the best way to bring the potential of the client out.
Interests: Aerial Arts, BJJ, Rock Climbing

Joanne Bezzina
Jo’s goal for each of her clients is for them to feel more connected to their bodies than when they arrived. She works simply with the traditional Pilates repertoire, focusing on alignment, joint congruency, and whole body integration. Jo enjoys reframing exercises that her clients know well through imagery based cueing to encourage more meaningful movements that can be taken out of the studio and applied to their activities of daily living. Her favourite clients are highly cerebral, and curious- especially those who don’t take themselves too seriously and enjoy a laugh during their session.
Jo has a special interest in shoulder and hip dysfunction and clients with complex needs for whom Pilates may be a last resort.
Interests: Good food and wine, watching live music and stand-up comedy, a juicy novel and travel
Jo is in the studio on Wednesdays and Thursday but is not currently taking on new clients- please contact the studio directly if you are a regular client having trouble booking a session with Jo.
Louisa Nocera – Front of House
Louisa’s goal is to provide the highest level of customer service so that each client feels valued and respected. Louisa creates a comfortable and welcoming studio environment and she loves connecting with our clients. With an extensive background as an Executive Assistant she thrives on delivering a seamless client experience & juggling the ever changing appointment schedule so that everyone’s needs are met. She values kindness, loyalty, integrity and authenticity and adopts those values in her life & work.
Louisa has a special interest in helping individuals reach their full potential. As a Positive Psychology Practitioner, she is particularly passionate about working with people to identify their strengths & values so they can work towards applying them in all areas of their life.
Interests: Anything food or wine related, running & gym, reading a good book (preferably an autobiography).
