All new studio clients to are required to attend an initial consultation even if you have done Pilates elsewhere previously. This allows us to find out where your body is at now. We can determine your motivations and goals as well as discuss any hinderances.
Please note you will need to prepay for your initial consultation to confirm your booking.
All sessions are pre-booked. Sessions can be booked by calling or texting us on 0434 059 378, sending us an email (info@pilatesongeorge.com) or sign up for the MindBody App to make bookings directly from your mobile device.
In order to give all studio clients the best opportunity to attend a session, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you cannot attend your class.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee – equivalent to the cost of your class. If you usually purchase a pack this will be deducted. In other circumstances you will be invoiced at the casual rate. The late cancellation fee allows for consistency of income for your instructor.
If you are feeling unwell or you are looking after sick people at home we ask that you reschedule your session and do not attend. We are happy to teach you via zoom so that you can remain consistent in your practice.
Please wear something comfortable and easy to move in for your sessions. If you are not fond of tights, consider your underwear carefully! Please avoid wearing shorts or tights with zippers on the back. We ask that all clients wear non-slip socks in the studio. These are available for sale in the studio.
Pilates on George supports the next generation of teachers. There may be students present during your session observing or assisting the main instructor. We may offer you a private session at no additional cost (instead of your regular semi-private session) with a student-teacher working towards their final exam. Please advise us if you are not comfortable with this.
Pilates works best when your attendance is consistent. In keeping with this goal, expiration dates apply on all pre-paid blocks.
Please take these expiration dates into account if you are planning time away and choose a block that fits in with your schedule.
- 3 Sessions- 3 weeks from your first visit
- 5 Sessions- 6 weeks from your first visit
- 10 Sessions- 12 weeks from your first visit
- 20 Sessions- 14 weeks from your first visit
Packages may be shared among family members.
Payment is due at the completion of your casual session, package or late cancellations. By providing your billing information you consent to your credit card being charged for services rendered. We will give you 24 hours notice of your card being charged. There are no refunds on pre-paid blocks.
