Semi-private sessions are the perfect balance for clients who want to work autonomously while still benefiting from the supervision of the instructor. Each session starts by asking you how you are feeling that day and what you would like to focus on. We keep our classes small (max 3 people) so you know that you have your instructor’s attention.
We pride ourselves on keeping your experience fresh each session. You’ll feel challenged even when you’re practicing your favourite exercises. Your sessions are tailored to your needs, we can focus on your long term goals or an issue that has arisen that day.
We empower you to work with the different apparatus to get the best result and so you feel like each exercise is worthwhile.
Semi-private sessions are available before work, during the day, and in the evenings. All studio classes are one hour in duration. Bookings can be recurring or in adapt to your changing schedule.
