FAQ
What is the difference between private and semi-private Pilates?
Private sessions are one-to-one and fully tailored to you. Semi-private classes are still personalised, but in a small shared studio setting.
What is the difference between Group class and a Semi-private
Group class has more people and although it is tailored everybody is moving at the same pace (more or less). Group classes do not require an Initial consultation and are a great option for those who don’t have any injuries and don’t need to follow specific rehab protocol.
Semi-private class is a class of max 4 people where everybody has a different program. think about it like a private class with a little bit more autonomy given to the participants.
Which Pilates option is best for beginners?
Many new clients start with a private session or initial consultation, especially if they have injuries, specific goals or want extra guidance.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All sessions are pre-paid and pre-booked through Momence
