Meet The Teachers
Olya Kudryavtseva

Hi! I’m Olya, the owner of the studio. With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve worked across Hong Kong, Malaysia, the USA, and Australia, helping people move better, feel stronger, and rediscover confidence in their bodies. As an educator with Pilates ITC, I’ve also trained the next generation of instructors, sharing my passion for movement science, strength and rehabilitation.
I specialize in injury recovery and neurological conditions. I am an evidence – based practitioner and I try my best to stay up-to-date with the current research.
I understand how difficult it is to keep up with everything in our lives these days, so I take the guesswork out for you. After the Initial consultation I will design the program for you that will lead you to your goals in the safe and efficient way.
Outside of the Pilates I am a mom to two energetic boys, Leo (3) and Neil (8)). If I can wrangle a toddler and a school drop-off before work, I promise I can help you feel stronger and more balanced too!
Pilates on George is a space where we meet you where you are and take you to a new level—whether that’s recovering from injury, improving mobility, or simply moving with more freedom. We stay up to date with the latest research, work closely with leading health professionals, and, most importantly, make Pilates an enjoyable part of your life.
I’d love to welcome you to the studio and be part of your movement journey.
P.S. I will buy you a coffee if you spell my last name correctly:)

Olivia Masterson
Hi, I’m Liv!
Earlier this year, I made the move from London to Sydney to continue teaching Pilates. The range of wellness communities, new friendships, and outdoorsy lifestyle has wrapped me well and truly around it’s little finger ! I’m a Musical Theatre performer with a classical ballet background, so movement has always been my medicine.
My goal is to guide others on a journey to developing a healthy, long-lasting relationship with their bodies. I believe movement should be fun, freeing, and empowering. This is why I focus on facilitating a playful and creative environment where you feel safe to explore, make mistakes, learn, and grow. As you move through this process, you’ll gain confidence in your body and cultivate a deeper appreciation for everything it can do.
I’m a detail-oriented person who will take a thoughtful approach when designing programs tailored to your specific needs, challenges, and goals. My philosophy is to meet you exactly where you are—not where you think you should be—so we can make steady, intentional progress. This way, there’s no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Together, we’ll discover what makes movement enjoyable for you, and create a consistent, sustainable practice that fits your life. I’m deeply committed to helping you set and achieve your goals—whether big or small—and guiding you to surpass your own expectations.

Joanne Bezzina
Jo’s goal for each of her clients is for them to feel more connected to their bodies than when they arrived. She works simply with the traditional Pilates repertoire, focusing on alignment, joint congruency, and whole body integration. Jo enjoys reframing exercises that her clients know well through imagery based cueing to encourage more meaningful movements that can be taken out of the studio and applied to their activities of daily living. Her favourite clients are highly cerebral, and curious- especially those who don’t take themselves too seriously and enjoy a laugh during their session.
Jo has a special interest in shoulder and hip dysfunction and clients with complex needs for whom Pilates may be a last resort.

Claudia Worton
Claudia’s goal is to create a welcoming space where clients of all levels can feel empowered to improve their bodies and their lives.
I am dedicated to helping clients improve their physical health and alignment through mindful movement and breath work. With an understanding of the body’s mechanics, I will work to create personalised, supportive and positive sessions that focus on developing strength, flexibility, and improving posture. Through careful attention to technique and alignment, I aim to help clients develop body awareness, ensuring every movement is purposeful and effective.
I like to work in partnership with clients to address their unique needs, whether it’s rehabilitation, or simply achieving better overall balance and posture. With a philosophy rooted in positive reinforcement, I like to foster a nurturing environment where clients feel encouraged to explore their physical potential, while also embracing the power of breath to deepen the connection between mind and body.
I am committed to guiding clients toward sustainable movement practices that can be integrated into daily life, promoting long-term health and vitality.
My Pilates journey started 15 years ago when I was suffering with various physiological issues within my own body, and used the Pilates method to not only build my body back up, but also to elevate my state of mind.
Experiencing the positive effects of Pilates inspired me to become an instructor, and I now use my own journey as a pathway to help others. My own understanding of the effects that body challenges can create for people, help me to be a more empathetic and effective instructor.
