Meet Pilates on George team
Olya Kudryavtseva – Pilates on George owner

With over 16 years of experience in Pilates and movement, I’ve worked across Hong Kong, Malaysia, the USA and Australia, helping people move better, feel stronger and build more confidence in their bodies. I am also an educator with Pilates ITC and have trained and mentored the next generation of instructors through a strong focus on movement science, strength and rehabilitation.
My work has a special focus on injury recovery, neurological conditions and evidence-based Pilates. I stay closely connected to current research so I can create thoughtful, individualised programs that support real progress rather than guesswork.
After your initial consultation, I design a Pilates program around your goals, your movement needs and your current capacity, so you can train in a way that feels safe, effective and genuinely useful in daily life.
Outside the studio, I’m a mum to two energetic boys, so I understand how hard it can be to fit your own health into a busy life. If you’re looking for personalised Pilates in Sydney CBD with a clear and practical approach, I’d love to welcome you to the studio.
