Step 2
Schedule your Initial Consultation to begin your Pilates on George journey. The Initial Consultation is an essential step. Before we put you on a reformer or hand you a program, we want to understand the person in front of us. Your history, your goals, how your body moves today, and how you’d like it to move tomorrow.
In this 55 minutes session, you’ll sit down with one of our senior instructors for a confidential health and movement screening – we’ll look at your posture, mobility, strength, and any niggles, injuries or surgeries we need to work around. We will chat to your about your goals and how we can work effectively together to achieve them. From there, we’ll take you through your first hands-on session on the equipment, so you leave knowing exactly what your body needs and how we’re going to get you there.
It’s not a sales pitch. It’s the foundation every program at Pilates on George is built on. Whether you’re rehabbing an injury, returning to movement after a long break, navigating pregnancy, preparing for a sport, or simply tired of group classes that don’t quite fit, this is the step that makes the difference.
