Meet the Team Behind Pilates on George
Olya Kudryavtseva

Hi! I’m Olya, the owner of the studio. With over 15 years in the industry, I’ve worked across Hong Kong, Malaysia, the USA, and Australia, helping people move better, feel stronger, and rediscover confidence in their bodies. As an educator with Pilates ITC, I’ve also trained the next generation of instructors, sharing my passion for movement science, strength and rehabilitation.
I specialize in injury recovery and neurological conditions. I am an evidence – based practitioner and I try my best to stay up-to-date with the current research.
I understand how difficult it is to keep up with everything in our lives these days, so I take the guesswork out for you. After the Initial consultation I will design the program for you that will lead you to your goals in the safe and efficient way.
Outside of the Pilates I am a mom to two energetic boys, Leo (3) and Neil (8)). If I can wrangle a toddler and a school drop-off before work, I promise I can help you feel stronger and more balanced too!
Pilates on George is a space where we meet you where you are and take you to a new level—whether that’s recovering from injury, improving mobility, or simply moving with more freedom. We stay up to date with the latest research, work closely with leading health professionals, and, most importantly, make Pilates an enjoyable part of your life.
I’d love to welcome you to the studio and be part of your movement journey.
P.S. I will buy you a coffee if you spell my last name correctly:)

Dracaena Scott

My journey has taken me in many directions but always towards a path in healing.
In my first career I was a criminal/family law barrister in the UK. I married, had 3 children and took part-time Ashtanga Yoga lessons. This then lead on to Pilates teacher training in 2004.
All this sounds incredibly simple but as we know lots of twists and turns happened along the way.
We immigrated to Australia in 2009 where I began working at the Golden Door and later at Gwinganna Health Retreats. During this time, I took further studies in the classical Pilates Method with Cynthia Lochard in Sydney and Romana Kryzanowska in New York.
Then came another move, this time to Jerusalem working at a classical studio studying with teachers from the Jay Grimes lineage and mentorship with Jaqueline Martin from Canada.
I’ve had many opportunities to study with the best teachers in the world and continue to do so now having returned to Australia. I will always consider myself to be a student.

Olivia Masterson
Hi, I’m Liv!
Earlier this year, I made the move from London to Sydney to continue teaching Pilates. The range of wellness communities, new friendships, and outdoorsy lifestyle has wrapped me well and truly around it’s little finger ! I’m a Musical Theatre performer with a classical ballet background, so movement has always been my medicine.
My goal is to guide others on a journey to developing a healthy, long-lasting relationship with their bodies. I believe movement should be fun, freeing, and empowering. This is why I focus on facilitating a playful and creative environment where you feel safe to explore, make mistakes, learn, and grow. As you move through this process, you’ll gain confidence in your body and cultivate a deeper appreciation for everything it can do.
I’m a detail-oriented person who will take a thoughtful approach when designing programs tailored to your specific needs, challenges, and goals. My philosophy is to meet you exactly where you are—not where you think you should be—so we can make steady, intentional progress. This way, there’s no pressure to be anyone other than yourself. Together, we’ll discover what makes movement enjoyable for you, and create a consistent, sustainable practice that fits your life. I’m deeply committed to helping you set and achieve your goals—whether big or small—and guiding you to surpass your own expectations.
