We are proud to continue bringing movement into your every day. At Pilates On George, quality Pilates teaching is our passion. When COVID-19 forced us to shut our doors for three months we were proud to continue delivering the method in as many different ways possible. Check out our pre-recorded classes for you to enjoy at your own time and pace.
We are revisiting how our videos can be best suited to your needs. Our videos will be back online shortly after we make a few changes.
Our Pilates classes are made with you in mind. We know the cues that you are used to hearing and the style of teaching that you are accustomed to. We are happy to bring our light-filled Sydney studio to you. Our videos focus on different parts of the body to help you build the session you want. Combine different class lengths and focuses to help you move the way you want to move.
We know it is important for you to move with good form. Small changes in your alignment can take an exercise from okay to highly effective. We have included some short tutorials to help you move well despite us not being in the room with you. Our classes require very minimal (or no) props to ensure that our classes are accessible to everyone. Some of our classes available so far are:
- Understanding how to build neck strength to avoid strain in abdominal exercises
- Muscle releases using a simple tennis ball
- Releasing upper back tension using a towel
- A simple routine using a stool or chair
- Theraband classes
We hope that while you’re working from home, home schooling or generally trying to carve some time out in your day, we’ll be there for you. No matter how we deliver our classes to you, our focus remains steady and in line with Mr Pilates:
