We are delighted to offer a variety of classes in various formats to help work in with our clients’ varied needs. We know that movement is key to a healthy work day. It helps us stay connected with how our body is feeling and gives us respite from fixed postures at our desks. We are committed to a ‘whole body health’ approach to movement advocated by Joseph Pilates himself.

We are passionate about helping our clients realise their goals and regard Pilates as an ongoing part of life. With an expanded schedule, we offer mat classes before work, throughout the day and in the evening, seven days a week.
