Wear something you can move in and arrive five minutes early so we can show you around. Grip socks are available for purchase ($22) if you do not have a pair.

If you need to change a time you can do so via Momence app or just contact the studio info@pilatesongeorge.com if you need any help. Please be mindful of 24 hours cancellation policy.
