Is this you
You run good classes. You still second guess yourself.
A client walks in with a spinal condition, a cranky knee, or something you have never seen, and your confidence drops.
You keep them safe, but you are not sure whether what you are offering will help or make things worse.
You read and research on your own time, yet the pieces do not quite connect into a plan you trust.
You want to go deeper than posture types, into the conditions your clients actually bring you.
You would love a room of instructors who take this as seriously as you do.
The Pilates on George Club is built for you.
Who you learn from
Hi, I’m Olya.
I’ve been teaching Pilates and movement for over 16 years across Hong Kong, Malaysia, the USA and Australia, with a focus on injury recovery, neurological conditions and evidence based practice. I am a Senior Educator with Pilates ITC, and a mum to two boys, so I understand the ebbs and flows of a full life.
Alongside me is Niya Andrews, co-founder of the Club, with a background in health science and remedial massage and a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction. Together we teach the anatomy in a way you can actually use, and keep the room warm, inclusive and honest.
Where you will be in six months
By the time this becomes a habit, you will:
Work with varied bodies without fear
Meet different histories and injuries and know how to start, instead of freezing.
Handle common issues with a plan
Understand what is happening, how Pilates helps, and how to change the plan when you need to.
Drop the imposter feeling
Enough real cases that saying “I don’t know yet” stops feeling like failure.
What’s inside
Deep material, in plain language.
A full library you can work through at your own pace and revisit anytime, with new courses added regularly based on what members ask for.
What you get
More than a video library.
Learn at your pace
Everything is recorded. Watch when it suits you and revisit whenever you need.
A real community
A group of instructors who take this as seriously as you do, plus a WhatsApp thread for cases and ideas.
Move together every Monday
A live mat class for the whole cohort, so the method lives in your body, not just your notes.
Monthly live case session
Real client scenarios worked through live, and always recorded.
Direct Q and A
From clinical cases to how to run a studio, ask and get a real answer.
A reading club
A fortnightly breakdown of research and book recommendations, so you always know what to trust.
From members
Instructors just like you.
“After watching and listening to the lecturers, I’ve found it incredibly useful in learning how to read the bodies in front of me during class.”
Yan, Pilates instructor
“In depth explanation of anatomy and biomechanics in a Pilates relevant context. Exactly what I was feeling I was missing.”
Hayley, Pilates instructor
“I actually have enough knowledge to make my sessions beneficial to clients. It’s not all about being novel and creative all the time, and with practice I can upskill.”
Sally, Pilates instructor

Questions
Good to know.
What is the difference between the two options?
Materials gives you the full course library to work through at your own pace. Mentorship adds the community, the Monday mat class, a monthly live case session, direct Q and A, and the reading club.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both options are billed weekly and you can cancel anytime, no lock in.
Are the sessions live?
The courses are recorded, so you learn when it suits you. In the mentorship the Monday mat class and the monthly case session are live and always recorded if you cannot make it.
I am short on time. Will I keep up?
Yes. Everything is recorded and yours to revisit, so you can move at your own pace.
Do I need to be advanced?
No. This is built for instructors a year or two in who want the clinical reasoning behind their teaching. You come to become more confident, not to arrive an expert.
Can I switch between the two?
Yes. Start with Materials and move up to Mentorship whenever you are ready, or the other way around.
